VEOS interactive presentation solution debuts at InfoComm China

InfoComm China proved to be an excellent platform for VEOS, the collaborative presentation solution from WOW-Vision, as CY Communications had a steady flow of system integrators, education specialists, in-house AV and IT personnel from national corporations and other AV professionals on to their stand. Response to the VEOS solution was overwhelmingly positive as demos took place over the course of the three show days. In addition, the hosted seminar was a sell out and over-ran the allotted time due to an enthusiastic Q&A session.

The VEOS solution is an interactive presentation solution, enabling shared access to a projector with a host of features that facilitate interactive presentations and create a collaborative working environment. It was one of the few truly innovative products at this year's InfoComm China show and feedback judged it to be a unique solution to many existing AV presentation problems. Explains Mr John Lee of CY Communications ‘we hosted many demonstrations of the VEOS solution, and without exception, everyone was impressed with how VEOS enables shared presentations with unlimited number of log ons. Because it can sit on an existing network it allows access to the Internet and other resources that also sit on that local network while making a presentation – this is a key feature of the solution. Specifically, VEOS streamlines processes like switching users or scaling, and it was these features that also impressed our stand visitors.’

Adds Dr Dinesh Tripathi, CEO of WOW-Vision Pte Ltd, ‘China is a burgeoning market with a fast growing education sector, so to introduce a product that solves many frustrations of AV professionals and which has a host of interactive tools for the end users themselves is an exciting prospect and we saw that register on all those visitors to the stand.’
